The Heritage Loom website is provided to offer information about our products, services, and company activities. Users may access and use the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by the Heritage Loom team.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 kodi (20 pieces). For ready designs, a single kodi may combine different motifs, including motifs from different collections, in any quantity per motif, provided that the total order quantity is a multiple of 1 kodi (20, 40, 60 pieces, and so on).
This mixing provision does not apply to custom or made-to-order products. Their minimum order quantity is 1 kodi (20 pieces) per design, in multiples of 1 kodi, and they cannot be combined with ready designs to make up a kodi.
For custom or made-to-order products, specifications, production timelines, and pricing will be confirmed before production begins.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
Product prices shown on the website are per piece.
Payment is made through the agreed payment method, with a 50% deposit of the order total. Orders are processed once the deposit has been received, and the remaining 50% is due when the order is ready to ship. Orders are shipped only after the balance has been received.
The deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order.
5. Shipping
Heritage Loom provides both domestic and international shipping through trusted logistics partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and shipping conditions. Heritage Loom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, photographs, text, graphics, videos, and other materials, is the property of Heritage Loom or is used under appropriate authorization.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Heritage Loom.
7. Limitation of Liability
Heritage Loom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, temporary service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorized access.
